Short History of Labangal National High
School
Labangal derived its name from a tree
known to the Blaan’s as “LABNGAL”.
On
1994- 1997 Barangay Captain Avelino J. Flores was put again into office and the
following councilmen members; Francisco B. Cavan Lucia G. Dalumpines, Melchor
B.Gepte, Antonieta R. Almonia, Fattah P. Saway, Jose P. Arroyo Juanito P.
Kindat andSabina G. Castromayor, SK Chairperson Prily P. Senarillos, Appointed
officials Barangay Secretary Cecilia B. Cristobal and Barangay Treasurer Henry
D. Ortigas. During his term many infrastructure projects had been established.
Also
during his term, Labangal National High School has been put up. Located at Zone
6 Purok Saway, Brgy. Labangal G.S.C. The Founder of this School is Mrs. Mila B.
Eugenio.
Labangal National High School has its MISSION and VISION.

School Envisions to produce academically competent and morally upright
Graduates endowed with life skills for economic progress.
Mission Statement:
Provide quality education
relevant to the needs of the community and develop individuals who are
functionally literate, socially responsible, and globally competitive and
productive members of society.
Before, classrooms are very weak because it is made up of
“nipa”. But few years later,
classrooms of Labangal national High School is improved and in fact, classrooms
are increased.
Before,
Lyangans are not well disciplined because some of them have their vices such as
drinking alcoholic drinks, smoking cigarettes and etc. but now, Lyangans are
well disciplined and ready to compete in other school for academic and
extra-curricular competitions.
